Terms and Conditions for all guests at Blue Skies Campsite

 

General Rules:

 

All campers must agree to & adhere to the terms and conditions at all times..

 

Departure time is 11 am this must include all vehicles. (unless agreed with Blue Skies )

 

Arrival time including all vehicles is not before 1pm (unless previously agreed with Blue Skies)

 

No arrivals after 8 pm (unless prior arrangements made with Blue Skies)

 

Cars, caravan, tents and awnings must all be contained in the pitch reserved - Motor bikes are welcome.

 

Cyclist and walkers are welcome (none vehicle tariff applies).

 

Quiet site after 10pm

 

 

Health & Safety:

 

Due to fire hazard there must be a minimum of 3 metres between tents and awnings.  If your tent exceeds 8mtrs x 8mtrs please check prior to arrival. Please have tents on left hand side of pitch

 

Maximum speed limit for all vehicles is less than 5 mph.

 

BBQ's must be raised above ground level to prevent grass scorching.   Slabs are available, please ask.

All fires must be extinguished before 11pm. Any used coals must be disposed of in metal bins provided.

Generators are down to managers discretion.

Clothes lines are not allowed for safety reasons (although the site does have one retractable clothes line and pegs on site for your use, near the showers).

 

Sleeping in cars or vans is not permitted.

 

No Chinese lanterns are allowed on site.

 

No fireworks are allowed on site.

 

No drugs or legal highs allowed on site.

 

No kites or drones to be flown anywhere on site.

 

No car, caravan or boat washing on site.

 

 

Polite Notice:

Children must be under supervision of their parents /guardians on all areas of the camp site at all times. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please respect the toilet and shower facilities and help to keep them clean.

 

Bins are provided for your day to day rubbish please do not dispose of any broken equipment in these.

 

Pitch site to be left as found.

 

Dogs are welcome but no more than 2 per pitch unless previously approved.

Dogs must be kept on a short lead. Dog owners are solely responsible for the disposal of all dog waste.

 

Dogs must not be left alone on site at any time.

 

 

 

 

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in you being asked to leave the campsite at any time without refund and prior notice. The management reserve the right to refuse admission or booking from any person /group at any time.

 

Only the persons on the booking form are entitled to occupy the accommodation allocated.  No transfer of bookings.

 

We do not accept responsibilities for your possessions or any personal injury sustained camping.

 

Our site is situated in a rural environment we do not accept any responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by plants, trees, insects or wildlife.

 

We endeavour to maintain all services on site in a fully operational state but cannot be responsible for loss of water pressure due to weather condition or circumstances outside our control.

 

If there is a problem or dissatisfaction with any matter under our control, please notify us immediately so we may have the opportunity to rectify issues.    We cannot accept liability in relation to any claim of whatever nature if you fail to notify us within 7 days your stay.
